Zac Founded Paragon Air Conditioning in 1998 and has since grown the company to become Paragon Group consisting of Mechanical and Facilities. Zac’s vision has been instrumental in the development, success and advancement of Paragon to its current position.
George heads up our mechanical operations across all projects. A member of The Institution of Engineers Ireland (MIEI) since 2004 and a Building services Engineer with over 27 years’ experience in the industry. He is responsible for the successful delivery of all Mechanical Projects.
Luke heads up our engineering department and oversees delivery of our projects on sites. Luke holds degrees in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Services & Energy Management and a master’s degree in Energy & Sustainable Building Design. Luke has over 10 years of experience as an M&E consultant & mechanical contractor.
Stephen has been key in developing our in-house engineering and CAD department. Stephen holds a Batchelor degree in mechanical engineering and since joining Paragon has progressed to project engineer and management role.
Craig holds a City & Guilds certificate in Auto CAD and also manages the procurement and administration for our projects. Craig also supports our project delivery team and assists in preconstruction engineering. Craig also comes from an electrical background.
Gary has been an integral part of Paragons delivery of a robust Quality Management System to support the expanding companies within Paragon Group. Gary has worked with the Paragon team to ensure full EHS Compliance and achieve ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 for each of the three companies within the Paragon Group.
