Pfizer Watermarque Building

Pfizer Watermarque

Building

Pfizer previously occupied the Watermarque building as a Cat A fitout over 5 large floor plates with a gym and changing room in the basement. As Pfizer’s staff level grew the occupancy density increased to the point where the build was not comfortable to be in for prolonged periods of time. Paragon Mechanical provided a D&B service in conjunction with Unispace to modify existing services throughout the building to provide a much more comfortable working environment. Primary air, secondary air and return air paths were all substantially modified and reconfigured. The result was a much-improved HVAC system which greatly increased the comfort levels for the building’s occupants.
